Internships | ||

We do not require or guarantee internships, but have an agreement with the Minnesota Center for Industrial Mathematics (MCIM) to seek summer internships for our students who want them. The MCIM has already placed three of our regular mathematics students into internships in Mathematical Finance and, quite generally, has been extremely successful in placing its students, both into internships and into full-time jobs.
MCIM Industrial Internship Projects (1994 to Present) Starting in 2008, in addition to MCIM, the MFM program will be using the Institute of Technology Career Center for Science and Engineering to seek internships.
