Maria-Carme Calderer
I will give a survey of the MCIM (Minnesota Center for Industrial Mathematics) program, including some background and goals. We will also discuss the role of holding a summer internship with a company, as a way to enhance graduate education and also as a resource towards navegating the job market. Two students who held internships last summer will speak for 10 minutes each about their experiences with the program.
