A mathematical analysis of biochemical reaction networks A biochemical reaction network is a network of different biochemical species interacting through several reaction channels. In this talk I will overview a brief mathematical background of a well-mixed biochemical reaction network at thermal equilibrium and then present an introduction to the stochastic analysis of the network.
