A CONFERENCE TO CELEBRATE THE 60th BIRTHDAY
OF PROFESSOR NICOLAI KRYLOV
A conference on "Perspectives
in Partial Differential Equations and Probability" will be held
on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, May 25-27, 2001 to celebrate the
60th birthday of Ordway Professor
Nicolai Krylov. As a Participating Institutions Conference, it is
partially supported by the IMA, the NSF, and the School of Mathematics.
The invited speakers are Luis Caffarelli (University of Texas, Austin),
Eugene Dynkin (Cornell University), Wendell Fleming (Brown University),
Rafail Khasminski (Wayne State University), Paul Malliavin (University
of Paris VI), Anatoly Skorokhod (Michigan State University), Nina Uraltseva
(St Petersburg State University) and S.R.S. Varadhan (Courant Institute).
The Organizing Committee consists of John Baxter and Mikhail Safonov (chair)
from the University of Minnesota, and Boris Rozovsky from the University
