Currently, I am interested in the development of Discontinuous Galerkin methods for nonlinear conservation laws, second-order elliptic problems, electro-magnetism, wave propagation and elasticity.  I am also interested in approximation theory for nonlinear conservation laws, Hamilton-Jacobi equations, and nonlinear degenerate parabolic equations with emphasis on the study of a priori and a posteriori error estimates.
