Ezra Miller's primary research interests are in combinatorial, computational, and cohomological problems originating in geometry and algebra, with ties to computer science. Specific topics of research have included combinatorial positivity in algebraic geometry, metric polyhedral geometry, algorithmic as well as homological commutative algebra and D-modules, and topological techniques in combinatorics.
