Thanks to the generous support from the National Science Foundation, funds are
available for partial support of participant expenses. For full consideration,

Later
applications may be considered if funds allow. Highest preference is
given to younger scientists (grad students, postdocs, young faculty or
researchers at most five years after Ph.D.), but all active people are
eligible. Women and minorities are especially encouraged to apply.
Those who have resources available from their own grants are requested to rely
on such resources.
Applicants are requested to send a CV, including a brief description
of research interests, and have one letter of recommendation sent.
