As this is our first attempt to use WebCT, we are also maintaining this home page. Here, you can get a copy of the syllabus (also available on WebCT) and copies of the labs (currently unavailable on WebCT). Other material on this site will be announced in class or linked to from WebCT.

Labs

The lab exercises are all Mathematica notebooks. Your TA will show you how to download these files to your home directory. Directions are also included on the first-lab-day handout.

You must download math2374.nb for the labs to work; instructions for using this file are in Lab 1A. Occasionally we'll make updates in this file, so check the date in your copy of math2374.nb to make sure you have the most recent version. The "official" online version was last updated on 04/05/04. There is also a version for IT Labs or Home use. That files was last updated on 03/22/04. See the information on how to use this.
