Hobbies

Soccer is my main hobby. I am a regular player in MCF United (formerly WSN United), an intramural soccer team formed primarily by Chinese students at the University of Minnesota. We play in the intramural league of our university, and also have pick-up games two to three times per week. I used to participate in most of these games when I still lived around campus, and now I focus on the one very weekend. Here are some greatest moments of my career so far.

Playoff, Summer 2008: contributed a goal when we were behind in the first round, and missed a penalty shoot after extra time. (We still won since our opponent missed one more penalty shoot.)
Playoff, Summer 2010: headed a golden goal in extra time of the first round, and we made all the way to the final.
23rd FPSAC, Summer 2011: played a wonderful game after the end of a wonderful meeting in the wonderful sun-never-set summer of Iceland with many wonderful combinatorilists: Federico Ardila, Sergi Elizalde, Christian Krattenthaler, Seung Jin Lee, Gregg Musiker, Armin Straub, and many more.
