No books, notes, calculators, etc.
Be sure to bring a No. 2 pencil.

We have covered Chapters 5, 6, including only one
starred section, 6.19, and 9.1 - 9.6.

In addition, some notes on the Web were covered:

It may be helpful to skim parts of Chapter 4 too.
