3) The book gives a definition of locally integrable. You gave a different
definition on Further Problem #7. May we use either definition?
** Yes. The definitions are "clearly" equivalent.
2) How much of Sec 5.4 (Riemann-Stieljes Intgral and Lp spaces) and Sec 7.5
are we responsible for?
** What you had to know to do the HW problems.
1) will we have to know the Theorems and Lemmas in Chapter 7 about
absolutely continuous functions of one variable?
** No. But know definitions and related HW.
