Errors in the printed version of

On p. 191, eqn. (11.1) should not have a \kappa  in it:

     $$ x_t = n,    (11.1) $$

This equation should really be called the ``affine normal flow'' and the
   text should be modified accordingly in several places.


At the very end of p. 191, there should be no exponent $2$:

     $ x_r\wedge n_e = |x_r| $


On p. 192, eqn. (11.8) is not quite correct.  It should read:

     $$ b w_{rr} =   w_r ^3 - (c w_r - b)^3     (11.8) $$
