| A Web Basis of Invariant Polynomials from Noncrossing Partitions |

| In the special cases where $\lambda=(k,k)$ or $\lambda=(k,k,k)$, the Specht module $S^\lambda$ has a useful web basis. Building on work of B. Rhoades, we construct an apparent web basis of invariant polynomials for Specht modules of the form $S^{(k,k,1^\ell)}$. The webs in this case are noncrossing set partitions.
