Title:
The module structure of the coinvariant algebra of a finite group representation

Abstract:
This is an account of a talk given by Webb, and is not refereed.
Results were announced from a paper in preparation by the same
authors with the title:
Extending the coinvariant theorems of Chevalley-Shephard-Todd and Springer.
These theorems are extended to arbitrary groups and fields, to relative
invariants, and so as to include the action of a regular element, thereby
extending the work in the paper
